The Brompton G Line (the Brompton with larger 20 inch wheels) was launched towards the end of 2024
One thing we have had requested a lot is a hub dynamo kit - so you can just forget about charging lights
It does seem as if it's arrived at just the wrong time (for us here in the UK at least) as we are heading from spring into summer and the days / evenings are getting lighter
But - it's finally here - the Brompton G Line hub dynamo kit
It comes as a choice of a wheel only or as a complete kit
The hub dynamo kit contains the following:
- 20 inch G Line front wheel with SP PL-7 hub dynamo
- 140mm centrelock disc brake rotor
- Hub dynamo powered front light - Busch and Muller IQ XS
- Hub dynamo lighting bracket and fixings
- Wiring loom (for connecting the lights to the dynamo)
- Hub dynamo powered rear light - Spanninga Solo (this will replace the rear reflector)
The wheel is pre-taped should you wish to convert it to a tubeless setup
